Exiting new smoothie box... this has been suggested a few times to us by our lovely customers so now it is time to get it added. Your smoothie box will be packed full of fruit and vegetables that are idea for smoothies. All you will need is ice, water and blender. You can either make up your own (let us know if you stumble across a corker!) or take a look at our own ideas from the team including our top tips. This box would make 1 smoothie each day for 7 days for 1-2 people, our top tip would be to add more water, ice or milk (alternatives are brilliant in smoothies too) and then you can make more from your box.

Please note contents may vary due to product seasonality and availability. Where possible we will source the seasonal items within Scotland. Some products are simply not grown in Scotland, but we still enjoy them on our plate each week. We take care with all of the produce in the shop, food provenance is an important part of our business.

We offer a Monday, Wednesday & Friday delivery service in our local area that includes all of DD6.
You can of course place an order and select collection Monday to Saturday from the shop. Payment is taken using the Shopify website at the time of placing an order not on the delivery day.
Our delivery service is to your front door by a charming delivery person, keeping his distance and wearing a mask. Probably Ed or Elle our lovely shop co-owners.
