Using light, floral locally sourced honey infused with our White Pepper & Extra Garlic Thai Chilli Oil we created the newest addition to the Chilli Bird family; Crispy Thai Hot Honey. Deliciously sweet yet light and warming with spicey, crunchy bits of garlic and chilli. This is special. PUT. IT. ON. EVERYTHING.

Please note: All our products are handmade in small batches which can sometimes result in slightly different consitencies during production i.e one jar may be slightly spicier than another or contain slightly more or less garlic etc. Our products also contain fibres from lemongrass and makrut lime leaves. These are entirely edible and safe to consume.
